Texas Sheet Cake


Ingredients

2 cubes margarine

¼ cup cocoa

1 cup water

2 cups flour

2 cups sugar

½ cups buttermilk (1/2 c milk and 1t vinegar)

2 eggs

1 t baking soda

1 t vanilla


Preparation

In pan heat butter, cocoa, and water. Pour over flour and sugar, add remaining ingredients. Pour onto a large jellyroll cookie sheet. Bake 375 degrees for 16-18 minutes.
