Café Rio Dressing
1 pkg hidden valley buttermilk ranch dry mix
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup mayo
1-2 tomatillos peeled leaves
1 clove garlic minced
1 bunch cilantro chopped
½ tsp lime juice
1 small jalapeno seeds removed
Blend together. Add more mayo if too thin
